Our Story: We’re estate planning lawyers in Wisconsin who kept seeing the same problem – parents calling us in crises because they couldn’t help their college kids with medical or financial issues after they turned 18. We created the MyCollegeEstatePlan to solve that problem before it happens.

Atty. Alexander L. Ullenberg graduated way back in 1993 from Marian College of Fond du Lac with an accounting degree and in 1996 from UW-Madison Law School. As a dad who's put two kids through college, Alex knows exactly what can go wrong when students are away from home - and how important it is for parents to be able to help when needed.

Atty. James R. Norris graduated from Brigham Young University with a Philosophy degree and from UW-Madison Law School in 2023, working restaurant jobs to graduate debt-free. Having just been through the college experience himself, James gets the real challenges students face and wants to make sure they're protected without all the legal complexity.
